ATIA Board
The Aruba Trade & Industry Association elects the board before April 1st of each year.
As per the articles of the Association, the board consists of at least nine and at most
eleven people. The board functions are: one President, one First and one Second Vice President,
one Secretary, one Treasurer and 4 or 6 regular members. The Board is authorized to have one or
at most two paid assistants, who need not be members of the Association and who do not have a
vote in the Board. The Executive Board consists of the President, the two Vice Presidents,
the Secretary, and the Treasurer. The President is always elected for a period of one year;
the other Board members for a period of two years. Retiring Board members may be re-elected.
